El informe se\u00f1al\u00f3 un total de cinco contratos que fueron adelantados por la Administraci\u00f3n Municipal para la construcci\u00f3n de las viviendas, ajustes de los dise\u00f1os urban\u00edsticos iniciales y construcci\u00f3n de obras faltantes, as\u00ed como traslados del presupuesto municipal, cuya inversi\u00f3n no fue claramente establecida.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Fue as\u00ed como, despu\u00e9s de adelantar las actuaciones administrativas de car\u00e1cter fiscal, el ente de control prob\u00f3 que los recursos p\u00fablicos invertidos en el contrato, por medio del cual se iniciaron las obras de construcci\u00f3n de las viviendas, no fueron gestionados de manera responsable y diligente, lo que posteriormente se vio reflejado en el hecho de que los mismos no prestaran ning\u00fan servicio a la comunidad m\u00e1s vulnerable del municipio.
