{"id":10893,"date":"2024-12-12T14:58:24","date_gmt":"2024-12-12T14:58:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pasegol.co\/?p=10893"},"modified":"2024-12-12T14:58:25","modified_gmt":"2024-12-12T14:58:25","slug":"cifras-record-del-festival-gastronomico-de-chia-2024-video","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pasegol.co\/?p=10893","title":{"rendered":"Cifras r\u00e9cord del Festival Gastron\u00f3mico de Ch\u00eda 2024 (video)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"848\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 480 \/ 848;\" width=\"480\" controls src=\"https:\/\/www.pasegol.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/WhatsApp-Video-2024-12-12-at-9.21.37-AM-5.mp4\"><\/video><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Video: Alcald\u00eda de Ch\u00eda <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Ventas en comida que superaron los 715 millones de pesos y un crecimiento de la econom\u00eda de los comerciantes del municipio del 26,7% en comparaci\u00f3n con el a\u00f1o 2023 son las cifras que se reportan a dos d\u00edas de haber culminado la versi\u00f3n XVIII del Festival Gastron\u00f3mico de Ch\u00eda, el evento m\u00e1s importante de la regi\u00f3n de sabana centro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>As\u00ed lo dieron a conocer desde la secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico del municipio quienes se\u00f1alaron que el evento que para este a\u00f1o tuvo la oportunidad de tener tres escenarios en simultanea: el Parque Santander, el parque Ospina P\u00e9rez y la Plazoleta Hoqabiga el pasado 7 y 8 de diciembre permiti\u00f3 que pudieran participar m\u00e1s restaurantes y adem\u00e1s diversificar la oferta gastron\u00f3mica y tur\u00edstica del municipio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>As\u00ed las cosas residentes, visitantes y turistas disfrutaron del festival, alcanzando un r\u00e9cord hist\u00f3rico en venta totales de $715.592.279 de pesos, representando un crecimiento del 26.7% en comparaci\u00f3n con el a\u00f1o inmediatamente anterior donde las ventas estuvieron en los $565.202.252 en el 2023, consolid\u00e1ndose as\u00ed como un referente econ\u00f3mico y cultural del departamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Y es que basta ver las cifras que muestran que durante los dos d\u00edas de festival se comercializaron 30.524 platos, con una participaci\u00f3n 97 establecimientos comerciales, entre restaurantes, artesanos y emprendedores, quienes expusieron lo mejor de sus productos en estos tres espacios, superando significativamente los 59 participantes de 2023 y m\u00e1s del doble de los 44 que formaron parte en 2018.<br>Esta tendencia al alza explica el alcalde Leonardo Donoso refleja el fortalecimiento del festival como una plataforma clave para el sector gastron\u00f3mico local, demostrando el impacto de la oferta gastron\u00f3mica y la alta afluencia de p\u00fablico durante los dos d\u00edas de actividades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>De esta manera, este tipo de eventos siguen generando un alto impacto econ\u00f3mico y social en la regi\u00f3n, que se ve reflejado no solo en la participaci\u00f3n de los habitantes del municipio, sino que abre una ventana para visitantes de otras regiones, consolid\u00e1ndose como uno de los festivales de gastronom\u00eda m\u00e1s importantes de todo el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ventas en comida que superaron los 715 millones de pesos y un crecimiento de la&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":10895,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"content-type":"","_lmt_disableupdate":"","_lmt_disable":"","footnotes":""},"categories":[15],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-10893","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-union-noticias"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v21.2 (Yoast SEO v27.3) -
