Ch\u00eda, 10 de febrero de 2025. La Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda de Ch\u00eda se permite informar a la comunidad que, a la fecha, la facturaci\u00f3n del Impuesto Predial no se encuentra a\u00fan disponible. Esto, debido a que para el proceso de liquidaci\u00f3n que realiza el municipio, se debe esperar la entrega oficial de la base catastral total y actualizada, por parte del gestor catastral, en este caso, el Instituto Geogr\u00e1fico Agust\u00edn Codazzi (IGAC).

La Administraci\u00f3n Municipal est\u00e1 realizando ante el Instituto Geogr\u00e1fico Agust\u00edn Codazzi, gestor catastral de Ch\u00eda, las respectivas gestiones para agilizar el proceso de liquidaci\u00f3n y facturaci\u00f3n del Impuesto Predial Unificado, en donde se han emitido diferentes comunicados a la Direcci\u00f3n Territorial Cundinamarca, solicitando se priorice la entrega de la base catastral total y actualizada.

Sin embargo, el IGAC, mediante Resoluciones No. 2126 de 2024, 0074 de 2025 y 0152 de 2025 suspendi\u00f3 el Sistema Nacional Catastral (SNC) y t\u00e9rminos de los tr\u00e1mites catastrales entre el 30 de diciembre de 2024 hasta el 18 de febrero de 2025, para algunos municipios del territorio nacional entre los cuales se encuentra Ch\u00eda.

Una vez se reactive el servicio y el IGAC le entregue al municipio este insumo fundamental, la Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda iniciar\u00e1 de forma inmediata con la validaci\u00f3n y posterior generaci\u00f3n de las facturas, de forma que los contribuyentes puedan realizar sus pagos, acceder a los descuentos por pronto pago y, de esta manera, obtener su paz y salvo.

Adicionalmente, es importante tener en cuenta que la expedici\u00f3n de paz y salvos, certificados y constancias, y los procesos ante notar\u00edas, como transferencias de dominios, bienes inmuebles y otros tr\u00e1mites relacionados con el Impuesto Predial Unificado, requieren igualmente contar con la base catastral actualizada.
