La decisi\u00f3n de cancelar el partido fue \u00abcolectiva\u00bb, involucrando a \u00e1rbitros, jugadores y entrenadores de ambas escuadras.<\/p><p>La liga expres\u00f3 su agradecimiento a los equipos m\u00e9dicos y a todos los implicados por su r\u00e1pida respuesta ante este incidente. En un comunicado, la Premier League envi\u00f3 sus mejores deseos a Tom Lockyer, actual capit\u00e1n del Luton Town, para una pronta recuperaci\u00f3n, con pensamientos dirigidos a \u00e9l, su familia y toda la comunidad del club.<\/p><p>Lockyer, quien ya hab\u00eda experimentado un episodio card\u00edaco en junio pasado durante la final del &#8216;playoff&#8217; de ascenso, fue trasladado al hospital el s\u00e1bado, donde se encontr\u00f3 \u00abalerta y respondiendo\u00bb, rodeado de su familia.
