Lleg\u00f3 ese d\u00eda que muchos seguidores no quer\u00edan. El 8 de mayo de 2023 se confirm\u00f3 que la Unione Calcio Sampdoria (m\u00e1s conocida simplemente como Sampdoria) descender\u00e1, matem\u00e1ticamente, a la Serie B de Italia.<\/p>

Despu\u00e9s de visitar al Udinese y perder por 2-0, el equipo genov\u00e9s ratific\u00f3 su p\u00e9sima temporada 2022\/2023. Hasta el momento marcha \u00faltima en la tabla con tan solo 17 puntos (3 victorias, 8 empates, 23 derrotas), de hecho, desde que inici\u00f3 el a\u00f1o, solo han ganado dos partidos (frente al Sassuolo y Hellas Verona).<\/p>

Pero la situaci\u00f3n deportiva de la Sampdoria es derivada del p\u00e9simo manejo por parte de la dirigencia. Su propietario, Massimo Ferrero, es el m\u00e1s criticado por los seguidores de la \u2018Samp\u2019. Han argumentado que, debido a su desmesurada dirigencia, el equipo no ha podido estar en puesto m\u00e1s altos en la Serie A. El rechazo ha sido tal, que en febrero de este a\u00f1o lleg\u00f3 una caja a la sede del club con una cabeza de cerdo cuyos destinatarios eran Ferrero y su abogado Antonio Romei. \u00a0<\/p>

Otra ocasi\u00f3n en que los \u2018Blucerchiati\u2019 expresaron su malestar con la dirigencia fue en el partido frente al Torino del pasado 3 de mayo, cuando previo al inicio del partido, los \u2018Ultras\u2019 mostraron una pancarta que enunciaba: \u201cManos fuera de la Sampdoria\u201d, pero lo que m\u00e1s llam\u00f3 la atenci\u00f3n fue que los propios jugadores fueron a aplaudir frente la grada donde se encontraba aquel anunci\u00f3.<\/p>

Pero la declaraci\u00f3n que m\u00e1s sobresali\u00f3 fue cuando los mismos \u2018Ultras\u2019 lanzaron billetes falsos a Lolito (presidente de la Lazio) cuando este llegaba a la Asamblea de la Lega Serie A y contempor\u00e1neamente vociferaban: \u201cEstamos fallando por tu culpa y la de tu amigo Ferrero\u201d.<\/p>

Es muy cr\u00edtica la situaci\u00f3n de la Sampdoria porque al inconveniente del descenso hay que sumarle la preocupante situaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica. Seg\u00fan la revista web italiana, Calcio e Finanza (especializada en aspectos econ\u00f3micos y financieros de futbol italiano) la Sampdoria necesitar\u00eda cerca de \u20ac100M para no desaparecer. Estos costes abarcar\u00edan desde refundar el club (o reenombra, invertir el dinero suficiente para armar plantillas cada a\u00f1o para subir de divisi\u00f3n a divisi\u00f3n (que no es tarea f\u00e1cil), mantenimiento del campo de entrenamiento, finalizaci\u00f3n del nuevo polideportivo, entre otros.<\/p>

En definitiva, la situaci\u00f3n del equipo de G\u00e9nova est\u00e1 bastante complicada porque si no llega un comprador, el equipo estar\u00eda en camino de la quiebra. Y en tal caso de que alguien estuviera dispuesto a invertir en el club, no es sencillo volver a la Serie A.<\/p>
