menores de 10 a\u00f1os.<\/strong><\/p><p>Estados Unidos se encuentra a la vanguardia en el cuidado de los futbolistas, especialmente en la prevenci\u00f3n y tratamiento de los traumas en la cabeza, con la estimaci\u00f3n de que cada 20 partidos un jugador sufre un trauma potencialmente peligroso, se han implementado diversas medidas para minimizar los riesgos y preservar la salud de los deportistas.<\/p><p>Una de las innovaciones es el \u00abVAR m\u00e9dico\u00bb, introducido en la MLS en 2017, este equipo supervisa los partidos a trav\u00e9s de c\u00e1maras y alerta a los \u00e1rbitros en caso de contactos problem\u00e1ticos en la cabeza.<\/p><p>Adem\u00e1s, se ha puesto \u00e9nfasis en la educaci\u00f3n y la r\u00e1pida actuaci\u00f3n en casos de traumatismos craneales.<\/p><p>Los directores m\u00e9dicos de la MLS, USSF y NWSL, junto con expertos de neurolog\u00eda, psicolog\u00eda y deporte, han trabajado durante m\u00e1s de una d\u00e9cada en la prevenci\u00f3n y cura de los traumas en la cabeza, tambi\u00e9n se han establecido protocolos claros en casos de lesiones para garantizar la salud de los deportistas, poniendo la responsabilidad en los m\u00e9dicos.<\/p><p>En el \u00e1mbito juvenil, se ha prohibido el cabeceo para menores de 10 a\u00f1os y se han establecido restricciones en el n\u00famero de impactos para ni\u00f1os de 11 a 13 a\u00f1os, estas medidas han demostrado ser efectivas en la reducci\u00f3n de lesiones.<\/p><p>Tambi\u00e9n, se ha demostrado que el ejercicio f\u00edsico, realizado a ritmo contenido, favorece la recuperaci\u00f3n neurol\u00f3gica y psicol\u00f3gica despu\u00e9s de un trauma en la cabeza, cabe mencionar que, esto ha permitido cambiar la percepci\u00f3n de que el descanso total es la \u00fanica opci\u00f3n, brindando a los deportistas una forma de mantenerse activos durante su proceso de recuperaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Estados Unidos ha logrado avances significativos en el cuidado de los futbolistas, promoviendo la seguridad y el bienestar de los jugadores en todos los niveles del
