Se se\u00f1alan presuntas irregularidades en la contrataci\u00f3n, desafiando el reglamento y generando preocupaci\u00f3n en la comunidad deportiva.<\/p><p>El sindicato Acolfutpro revela un problema persistente en la Liga Femenina 2024, alegando que solo el 50% de las futbolistas deben tener contratos profesionales, contradiciendo el reglamento que establece un m\u00e1ximo de 30 jugadoras inscritas por club, pero solo obliga a 15 contratos de trabajo.<\/p><p>Adem\u00e1s, denuncian cl\u00e1usulas contractuales inusuales que condicionan la duraci\u00f3n de los contratos al desempe\u00f1o del equipo en la competici\u00f3n, violando el Estatuto del Jugador de la FCF.
